Each Set of Plans Includes:
- Working drawings of 1/4" front and 1/4" sides and rear elevations.
- Basement/foundation plans showing 10" poured wall construction.
- Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans.
- Roof plan.
- Miscellaneous construction details.
Notes:
All square footage calculations represent heated space only. They do not represent two-story or vaulted spaces, garages, porches, unfinished areas, or basements.
Plumbing and mechanical layouts are not included. These should be obtained from a local mechanical contractor to ensure the equipment is correctly sized for your particular regional building codes and climate conditions.
All of our plans are designed to meet the requirements of the Standard Building Code. Check with your builder regarding local codes that may vary. The owner and contractor assume the responsibility of meeting all local codes. The purchaser should ensure the plans are suitable for your particular site, including any sub-division restrictions.
All plans appearing in this publication are protected by federal copyright laws. All plans herein are the creation and property of Adrian S. Cutchshaw. Adaptation of the plans or reproduction of the plans or illustrations in part or in their entirety is prohibited under the full penalties of the law. The right of building only one structure from the plans purchased is licensed exclusively to the buyer and the plans cannot be resold.
About our Purchase Policy:
These plans are not returnable. All our plan sales are non-credit purchases. The full amount is due at the time the order is placed. Please be sure that the plans ordered will fit your particular restrictions and lot size prior to plan package purchases.
Our plan packages include (5) sets. We will allow orders for additional sets up to 30 days after the original purchase date. After that date, any reorder will be considered a new order.
If you need plans flipped, you may order reversed sets. Reversed plans are mirror images with dimensions and lettering reading backwards. Indicate how many reversed sets you would like on the order form.

Our drafting staff can make custom changes to your Adrian S. Cutchshaw plan. Because our experienced designers work daily with our plans, they know how each plan can be modified most effectively and economically. Please call for more information regarding this specialized service.
We can also design custom alternate front elevations to match your Adrian S. Cutchshaw Plan. By providing multiple elevations, Builders can produce homes with the curb appeal demanded by today's market.

To assist you with advertising and promotion, color renderings are available for all the homes in this volume. These renderings come on photographic paper in a standard 16"x 20" size for $100.00.
We also provide, as a service, custom pen & ink renderings as well as watercolor renderings of your existing home product line. Visual enticement is an important sales tool for any home, and can help give you the competitive edge. They can help assure potential home buyers they have made the right decision.
